Are only CpG sites methylated? (Modification analysis)

Using the data in the BAM file ~/nanomod_course_data/human/bonito_calls.subset.sorted.bam, answer the question ‘Are only CpG sites methylated’? There are several ways of answering this question, some qualitative and some quantitative. You can answer it in any way you like! As we had used the flag --modified-bases 5mCG with dorado, we expect the answer to this question to be ‘yes’.
